We were filming a chemical anchor being fitted into a cutaway model. A one off so we had to get it right.After successfully filming the operation I turned to Clive and said "Well that was a good rehearsal now let's go for a take." Clive went ashen but he forgave me for the prank.

Clive enjoyed good food and wine. I recall a superb fondue and when finished Clive proclaimed "That was  a nice starter when do we get the main course?" I remember another fine meal in France accompanied by several bottles of superb wine when we celebrated the Beaujolais Run.

We had some enjoyable times with Clive who was a good friend and will be greatly missed.
